Guided by faith and determination, we are realizing our dream - a 21st century campus that enriches our students’ academic, arts, and athletic experiences and firmly roots DePaul Prep as a transformative anchor for the City of Chicago. One Dream, All In: The Campaign for the Future of DePaul Prep ensures that the DePaul Prep mission flourishes.
To respond to the needs of our students, DePaul College Prep must construct our first on-campus, multi-sport, indoor athletics complex.
This final phase of the One Dream, All In capital campaign includes the construction of the indoor athletics complex, comprised of a multi-sport field house, competition gym, indoor track, strength and weight training facility, wrestling room, cardio equipment, and locker rooms, and a place for the DePaul Prep community to come together for pep rallies, assemblies, dances and all school liturgies.

$61.1 Million has been raised to date and invested directly into the campus and endowment.

Goal One: Modern Academic Facilities - COMPLETED
Acquisition of 17-acre campus in July 2019.Renovation and construction of Mary A. Dempsey Academic Center, 178,000 square feet of academic facilities including:- 62 modern classrooms
- 10 science labs
- 4 maker spaces
- 2 student dining halls
- 2 common gathering spaces
- David J. and Carrie R. Carlson Library
- St. Louise de Marillac Chapel
- Black Box Theater
- Strength training & weight room
- Wendell and Marie Smith Organic Garden
- Greenhouse

Goal Two: Outdoor (COMPLETED) and Indoor Athletics Facilities (UNDER CONSTRUCTION)
Outdoor:- 1800 seat multi sport field turf stadium with lights for football, soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey
- Four lane, 110 meter track straightaway and jumping pit
