DePaul College Prep Board of Directors Welcomes Meredith O’Neil and Kip Kelley

Meredith has been actively involved with St. Josaphat School since 2013, having served on the School Board and as an officer for the Parent Teacher Organization. She currently serves as the Cross Country and Track & Field Coach and the Volunteer Committee Co-Chair. Since 2025, Meredith and her husband Bill have served as committee members and co-chairs of DePaul Prep’s annual Spring Fling Gala. Meredith and Bill are the proud parents of three daughters: a DePaul Prep alum (Class of 2026), a current DePaul Prep student (Class of 2029) and a student at St. Josaphat.

Kip is the U.S. CEO of Affinity Insurance Services, Inc. (Aon Company), with over 30 years of experience in risk capital and human capital insurance brokerage. He has held numerous civic leadership roles, including serving on the Board of Directors for Lyric Opera of Chicago and Junior Achievement of Chicago, as Chairman of the Board of Chicago United, and as a director for the Professional Insurance Marketing Association, the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, disabilityworks, and the Glen View Scholarship Foundation. Kip and his wife Sarah are the proud parents of DePaul Prep alum, Ferrill ‘25.

We are delighted to welcome both Meredith and Kip to the Board of Directors and are grateful for their willingness to support DePaul College Prep’s Vincentian Catholic mission to provide an academically rigorous college prep education in a welcoming community of faith and learning for young women and men of Chicago!
